Just when you thought, Karl Lagerfeld had tapped out on brands to collaborate with, comes the news that the tireless designer will soon introduce Karlbox, a large collection of tools and supplies for sketching housed in a box inspired by a Chinese wedding chest, with German pencil manufacturer Faber-Castell, reports WWD.
The collaborations is more natural then one would think as Lagerfeld an admirer of Faber-Castell has used the brands pencils to sketch for decades.
But sadly if you’re a young budding design student you might need an additional student loan for this one, as the limited-edition chest which goes on sale September 1st at Faber-Castell stores and Karl Lagerfeld boutiques will set you back $2800. The Karlbox will be available at select department and specialty stores on September 19th.
Cannot wait to see these!
That makes two of us. Thanks for reading.
