TOD HALLMAN, Fashion Stylist & Fashion Show Producer

Tod Hallman has styled such diverse talents as the cast of Desperate Housewives, Jennifer Hudson, Jodie Foster, Drew Barrymore, Christian Bale, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, John Cusack, Regina King, Owen Wilson, Tariji P. Henson, Hilary Duff and music personalities Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Alanis Morrisette, Anthony Hamilton, Toni Braxton and Kelly Rowland.

He has styled fashion shoots for Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Mademoiselle, Esquire, Entertainment Weekly, Details, Interview, Ebony, Flaunt, Paper Magazine and Seventeen, among others.  He also helped launch the fashion department at ITEM Magazine, and held the position of Fashion Director for IONA Magazine, a glossy high-end magazine aimed at the young women of color.

Hallman expanded into the arena of fashion show producing through his production company THPFashion Inc.  He has produced and collaborated with fashion designer Kevan Hall since his Spring 2005 runway production for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, as well as done a series of fashion shows for Lexus featuring Kevan Hall.  He has restaged fashion shows for Fendi, Carolina Herrera, J. Mendel, Alberta Ferretti, Yigal Azrouël, Naeem Khan, Cole Haan and Bebe. He’s also produced shows for Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s.   THPFashion Fashion Show clients Include Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Westfield, Fendi, Carolina Herrera, J. Mendel, Alberta Ferretti, Naeem Khan, Yigal Azrouël, Cole Haan, Kevan Hall and Bebe.

In the world of television, recently he can be seen on Tara Banks’ site TypeF.com, the video blog site AffordableCool.com, on “Entertainment Tonight” with bridal client Tia Mowry, the TV Guide Channel’s “Fashion Wrap Grammy Awards Show with Lisa Rinna,” on the CW Network show “Beauty and the Geek,” as a Fashion Judge in seasons one and two, “America’s Next Top Model” US and Germany as a Fashion Show Expert, E! Style Networks” and “Fashion TV.”

Hallman is frequently called upon as a voice within the stylist community.  He has interviewed with such outlets as The Associated Press, CNN, Neweek/MSNBC, Elle, Mademoiselle, Women’s Wear Daily, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Reporter and People Magazine.  Additionally he writes his own blog thpfashionblog.com and lives in Los Angeles.
