In celebration of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Punk: Chaos to Couture exhibition, online retailer and one of the sponsors of the retrospective, Moda Operandi, have collaborated with some of the top designer in the world of fashion to create an exclusive Punk-inspired collection.

“The enduring appeal of Punk’s avant-garde ideology is that it inspires designers across the spectrum of design sensibility,” says Lauren Santo Domingo, co-founder of Moda Operandi. “Each designer has created pieces for this capsule collection that expresses their unique vision of punk’s rebellious spirit.”

Some of the designers that have created pieces include; Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, Moschino, Prabal Gurung, Rodarte, Thom Browne, Vivienne Westwood and Preen.

The exhibition kicks-offs tonight Monday, May 6, with a gala red carpet event that will be live streamed starting at 7:00 p.m. on the Moda Operandi, Vogue, Samsung, and Metropolitan Museum websites, hosted by Vogue’s William Norwich and model Hilary Rhoda. The broadcast will include interviews with the gala co-chairs Punk: Chaos to Couture.
