Last night Hollywood officially kicked-off awards season, with the 64^th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards and with every award show there’s always a red carpet with red carpet fashion. Here’s a look at my top 10 best dressed.

Heidi Klum looked simply va-va-senational in her silk chiffon Alexandre Vauthier gown with double leg slits. The Project Runway host showed why she’s still a runway star.

Emily VanCamp looked radiant in her Dove Grey tulle sleeveless bustier hand pleated J. Mendel gown.

January Jones looked stunning in her black and sheer architectural Zac Posen gown. I love that the actress decided to go sans jewels and wore simple hair making her the true star.

Jessica Pare looked like a beautiful Greek goddess in her custom made Jason Woo one shoulder gown. Her emerald green cocktail ring added the perfect color contract to the white and black look.

Morena Baccarin who’s no stranger to red carpet risk taking once again looked magnificent in a pewter grey strapless Basil Soda gown. I loved that the actress paired the look with fresh modern accessories opposed to the obvious suite of diamonds.

Sofia Verga again showed why she’s one of the sexiest women in Hollywood selecting a teal green beaded Zuhair Murad gown that had an old Hollywood glam and showed her every curve.

Leslie Mann was a vision of color in her gorgeous Naeem Khan beaded bodice umpire gown. Her turquoise accessories were the perfect compliment to the look.

Padma Lakshmi looked divine in her strapless tulle Monique Lhuillier gown. The former model and Top Chef beauty also opted for simply accessories and loose wavy hair for the perfect compliment to her look.

Ginnifer Goodwin continued the color trend also selecting a coral floral lace over nude Monique Lhuillier gown. The pairing of pewter accessories added a nice contract.

Edie Falco who can be very hit or miss got it right this time in Stella McCartney. Her navy and white matte jersey gown with gold belt simple jewels and coral nails was modern and the perfect choice for the evening.
