This week vintage fashion expert Cameron Silver and Swarovski hosted “Hollywood High Prom – Class of 1962” aptly titled, which featured an evening preview of the Spring/Summer 2012 Swarovski jewelry and accessories collection. The preview also included couture pieces from Swarovski Atelier and the brands collaborations, with designers Juan Carlos Obando, Zaldy, Eric Daman, Konstantin Kakanias and Philip Crangi at Bar 1912 in the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The collection “Swing, Sing & Shine” is Swarovski’s tribute to vintage styling and an ode to the lights, camera and action of the entertainment world – a topic that has been intrinsically linked to the company for many decades.

The jewelry was beautifully paired with vintage pieces from Silver’s boutique Decades.
Celebrity guests included Tracee Ellis Ross, Rachael Harris, Natasha Henstridge, and Perrey Reeves, along with burlesque star Dita Von Teese and singer Estelle, who was surprised with a birthday cake from Swarovski.
Designers Kevan Hall, David Meister, Magda Berliner and costumer Cate Adair were also on hand together with celebrity stylists Jessica Pastor, George Kotsiopoulos, Tanya Gill, Tim Snell and Decades co-owner Christos Garkinos.
